Because of her nice, calm and clear way of explaining and supervising the various yoga exercises, Mieke managed to inspire me more than 3 years ago to attend her yoga classes every week. These lessons have given me, at the time recovering from a burnout, more rest and insight into and tools for the processes in my body and psyche. Recommended!
HiAt the suggestion of a friend, I went six years ago to do a yoga trial class ...In fact, I always thought it wasn't for me ....Since then I go weekly ... it felt good right away.It has brought me a lot ... both physically and mentally.The lessons I follow at Mieke are different every week, lots of variety ...What I also appreciate is that she also introduces new forms of yoga, which you can then "taste" ....Don't forget to mention that the yoga weekends that she organizes are pure indulgence ...El Marianne
Last year I came to Mieke to practice yoga.I wanted to treat my body better and indeed felt that stiffness and anxiety disappeared through yoga.The atmosphere that you end up with at Mieke is wonderfully soothing and therefore it is wonderfully relaxing to come into contact with your body and mind in order to feel what is there and what is still needed.My favorite moment is in the morning so I can take the feeling with me for the rest of the day.
During my burn-out at Mieke I started Yoga class to get to myself. 1.5 years later I am still there. Every Monday evening a delicious lesson where I really unwind. Just a 'me' moment. You often hear that people think that you have to be flexible and that you are pushed into poses. Mieke does everything in a very nice 'flow'. Mieke keep it up !!
